Project Details:
We are very excited to have worked on this massive new build project to design and manufacture quality floor space joists. This was an extensive project, and we worked closely with the client to achieve the best results possible. As you can see from these stunning ariel shots, we designed the floor joists exactly with extreme precision, so that there were no problems when it came to installation. We cannot wait to see the final outcome, which will even include a cinema room!

Why were space joists a great choice for this project?
With a project of this scale, space joists are an excellent choice as we can create much longer spans that traditional timber joists. This helps reduce the need for intermediate support walls, which helps reduce overall project costs. As they’re relatively lightweight, it also made manoeuvring the panels on-site easier.
